Joy is in the moments
the small details
that makes your life grand
in my upper middle back
a tickle, a sparkle
that pushes through my body
through my heart
and expand out of my body
and it's out; it's out for
you to feel
for the greens to dance
for the flowers to shine
the air is sweeter
and the marvels of the world
the beauty of you and me
feed my joy right back
expanding its sacred workings
greater, grander and more perfect
than before
and in this way
closer to God
