Natalie and I (Julie) share a strong and intense religious background. Somehow, even as children and amidst the pressure of all we knew at the time, different words, meanings, and frequencies would make their way into our minds, seemingly different from all the people who attended church around us. For years, I felt alone in my understanding of the Gospel and shared my faith only with my closest people. Turns out there were many of us, walking the woodland and dreaming of the days LOVE would be all there is.

Here is a short read that encapsulates Natalie's understanding of the Scripture. Give her a follow on Instagram @blondesovereign, or visit her website here

The most controversial, distorted, co-opted and misunderstood story of all time. And also the greatest.

jesus went against the mainstream religious and political leaders of his days

He was a heretic to the doctrine and rulers of his time. He denied the institutional authority of both the synagogue and the Roman empire. He deferred only to the authority of God, and therefore his own, in recognition of the authority that was bestowed on him as an extension of God. He recognized himself as a creator made in the image of the Father. The Source from which he was completely supplied. That is the true purpose and process of Manifestation.

jesus was not pious, but he was devoted

There is a big difference. Piety is performative, pedantic and even self-righteous, exactly the traits of the Pharisees who so despised him, while devotion originates from the heart. It is pure. It is an act of sacred submission to the Divine Will. A surrender of the ego that believes it needs to protect us from that which we fear. Ahh, the noble ego. Born from fear and now masquerading as the hero. Perfect love needs no heroes because it casts out all fear

The true Divine Will is not a hustle to have you thinking you're God so you can get what you want in this dimensional material reality. In its truth, it asks only one thing;

that you love

This is how we can know whom we serve, by serving the least of these our brethren. Our assurance is perfect trust so that we have no fear and therefore have no hate and therefore to return to only love. Because "the greatest of these is LOVE".

If you want a world that is just and peaceful and loving BE love. Don't wait for others to do it first, be love now. That is what Jesus was. That is the Gospel. Enduring an undefeatable Love. Do good to those who persecute you.

Jesus was not rich, he was abundant. He did not accumulate wealth or "store up treasures". He manifested all he needed a moment to moment through the principle of all-sufficiency: the faith that all is available if you know how to ask and especially how to receive. The faith that God The Source would provide all his needs according to His riches and glory.

jesus loved

he sat with "sinners" walked with misfits, and comforted the cast offs of a society that no longer saw them as worthy humans. Jesus sees worth in EVERYONE. There is nothing the prodigal's son could ever do to separate himself from the love of the Father. Yes, even you.

Jesus is the blueprint to freedom. Setting the captives free by teaching them the way to their own kingdom within. From the anatomical to the cosmological, from the allegorical to the metaphorical and even literal, which seems to be where the majority of followers tend to stay, the story of Jesus Christ is written to be experienced on all the levels that one would be open to receiving.

Of course the rulers would co-opt a growing underground before it became an uncontrollable uprising where everyone knew themselves as children of the Most High. Where everyone saw God in the face of everyone else.  How can you control a people with that knowledge? God is in you, and them. And. In. Everything.

When we collectively put down our martyr's cross and follow our hearts we will experience the Kingdom. This is where Christ exists. Find your Christ alive and seated on the throne there.
